What is PSTL CLO's policy on returns and refunds?

Returns (Store Credit): We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy. Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, we will issue store credit. Please note that original delivery fees are not included in the store credit amount. To initiate a return, please email us at team@pstlclo.com.

Refunds: We do not offer direct refunds to your original payment method unless the item you received is damaged or defective. In these rare cases, our team will thoroughly inspect the item upon its return. If approved, your payment will be refunded to your bank account within 3 days of us receiving the product.
