What is PSTL CLO's policy on returns and refunds?
• Exchanges & Store Credit: We do not offer direct refunds, but we do offer store credit or an exchange within 7 days of delivery. If you need a different size or style, an exchange/return courier fee of ₹200 applies per request. Please note that an exchange or return will only be done once per order. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions, such as a refund or another exchange, would be applicable on that order. After we receive your item and it passes our quality check in its original, unworn condition, we will process your store credit or exchange. • Bulk Orders: Kindly note that returns for bulk orders (defined as an order of 3 or more products) are not eligible for pickup. Customers must self-ship the items to our return address at their own cost.
• Refunds: We do not offer direct refunds to your original payment method unless the item you received is damaged or defective. In these rare cases, our team will thoroughly inspect the item upon its return. If approved, your payment will be refunded to your bank account within 3 days of us receiving the product. What is your order cancellation policy?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. We process and ship orders quickly, typically within 24 hours of them being placed.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Shipping details can only be edited before your order is billed or shipped. If you need to make an address change, you must email us at team@pstlclo.com within 24 hours of placing your order online.
